Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact form, or email support@simlakhola.com, with your order number and a short note about what is wrong. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Who pays return shipping

  • We pay if the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. You choose a replacement or a full refund including original shipping.
  • You pay the return shipping if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. Original shipping charges are not refunded in that case.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Grooming items that have been used on a pet, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery through misuse.

If an item in this list arrives damaged or faulty, it is still covered — contact us and we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days and sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because we dispatch quickly, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it still has not arrived, check with your bank first, then contact us and we will chase it.
