Shipping policy

Simlakhola ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse network. Because of this, delivery times are longer than a typical domestic retailer's -- please read this before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed and placed with our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of payment. Tracking is added once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, typically within a few days of your order.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the specific item. Some items may take longer during high-demand periods or customs delays. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as one is available. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email kinvestorbiz@gmail.com.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
